Alexander is a well-known professional in Russian IT community and an expert for IT services for the energy sector. He had a leading position in the IT department of RAO UES of Russia Corporate Center. Alexander was responsible for creation of financial planning and control system in RAO UES, development of business planning model and providing standardization of IT activities for subsidiaries.
